The location of this hotel was fantastic, as it was very close to both the train station and a metro station with direct links to the city center. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. The rooms in this hotel were basic but comfortable, with 4 beds in our small bedroom.

The location is great, with a metro station just a short walk away, providing easy access to the city center, including the famous Duomo. there are other central neighborhoods nearby that have received much better ratings from previous guests. This makes it convenient for exploring the city and experiencing different areas.
Their lack of hospitality and disregard for customer service made the overall experience unpleasant.
